〔編譯楊芙宜／綜合報導〕美國華府風向開始轉變。在中國宣布已正式向紐西蘭遞交加入跨太平洋夥伴全面進步協定（CPTPP）的申請之後，美國國會跨黨派重量級參議員力促拜登政府，應加強努力、堅持美國在亞太地區立場，拿回區域貿易協定談判桌前的席位，在貿易上和亞太盟友重新交往。
